This was easier than expected. I did not need to travel to Alamogordo from Las Cruces for the closing. The closing was done at Southwestern Abstract and Title (SWAT) in Las Cruces under a courtesy closing. CJ was kind and responsive. She quickly found a buyer, sent all the paperwork through email and coordinated with SWAT. Thank you.

We cannot recommend Crystal Guthrie highly enough! We were moving to Alamogordo from out of state and had never even been to the area. Crystal went above and beyond throughout the entire home-buying process. She visited homes for us, took detailed videos, and gave honest feedback that helped us make informed decisions from hundreds of miles away.Once we were under contract, Crystal connected us with excellent home and pest inspectors who helped us identify issues and ultimately saved us money. She also coordinated the repairs that were needed for the appraisal and worked diligently with all parties involved to keep everything moving forward.What really stood out was her attention to detail and commitment to making sure things were done right.
